TCS International, Inc. Announces Formation of Strategic Partnership With EagleView Industries, A Subsidiary of Distinctive Devices Inc.
Ft. Lauderdale, FL, December 14, 1999 - Edward T. Rutter, President of TCS International, Inc. announced today the formation of a strategic partnership to foster the development and deployment of the unique wireless system developed by Michael Paolini, President of Distinctive Devices Inc. (OTC BB:DDEV). The agreement reached provides for TCS International to assist with the development of EagleView's unique wireless system in Eastern and Central Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
TCS will work with interested parties in these countries to provide a wireless solution. Presently, TCS is concentrating its efforts in Romania and Poland where they are developing other telecommunication projects. Eagleview's wireless broadband system involves a microwave frequency, bi-directional, point to multipoint network. The long range and low cost system is ideally suited for areas with and without current network infrastructure. In addition, the broad bandwidth wireless system is capable and intended to provide simultaneous layering of voice, data and video telecommunication services.
The wireless system developed by EagleView Industries is a natural for deployment in Eastern and Central Europe according to Mr. Rutter. "Our experience in developing wired telecommunications systems in this area provides us with a unique insight into how best to provide the late mile connection for data, voice and video transmission and distribution. The high density and prohibitive cost of land line networks makes the system developed by EagleView extremely cost efficient."
According to Paolini, "TCS's vast experience, contacts and reputation in Europe make for a natural fit to expand the reach of a system that is ideally set up for the types of area and infrastructure that is currently existing in Eastern Europe. The highly educated population and lack of means of accessing information in Eastern Europe make this an ideal market to expand into." The array configuration currently has patents pending in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, India and Romania.
